Change the Assignment group for the HR Service "Request Oboarding" for Portugal to "People Services PT" group.

@Gangaiah Deepu Please navigate to your HR Service form and open the template assigned to HR Service and see if template contains any assignment group. Replace this assignment group with the group of your choice.

If there is not assignment group defined on the template, then please check if the assignment group is assigned via an assignment rule. Hope this helps.

Hi , Since assignment group for the HR Service "Request Oboarding" for Portugal to "People Services PT" group.
it is not presenting in the template, how to create new assignment rule
