Icon link does not display catalog item

I have a portal where I added the icon link widget and pointed that to catalog item and the respective item I wanted. It is not working. The URL that it formatting is missing the "sc_cat_item". Is there a known issue?

Instaed of the URL being:

https://myinstance/sc?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=234567e187d53510e555caa9cebb1234

it is formatting it to 

https://myinstance/sc?id=&sys_id=234567e187d53510e555caa9cebb1234

 Use Type: Catalog Category ,  it will redirect to the catalog item.

In the page field you can populate sc_cat_item page.
