Inability to adjust record producer

Hi I'm working on developing a scoped app. I have a custom table extended from Task table. When I tried to add it to the Service catalog, there was no ability to update my record producer.

Also, two records appeared in Record Producer where an inactive one couldn't be deleted by me.

I either have no ability to cancel checkout.

Why is it?

@Nataliia_Lova : As it's checked out in Catalog Builder, it's not allowing updates from the backend to avoid concurrent updates. From the catalog builder, can you discard by clicking "Discard draft" as per the below screenshot and try refreshing the record producer screen?

My role is System Administrator I can' t make any changes in Global Scope and in Application Scope.
