Incident - Followup Field - Reminder

Hi Experts, 

I created a 'Follow-up' field on the Incident record, which is of type Date and Time. I want a reminder (Assigned to user)to be triggered one hour before the follow-up time. I have created a reminder under the Incident record, but it is not being triggered.

 

Please help me on this, Thanks

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  its working in pdi , but its not working customer instance , do you have any idea about this?

Do one thing: delete the record in the reminder table, create a new one, and then check again. I think it’s likely just a cache issue.
