is Journal Input field type supports in service operation workspace?

Yes, journal fields are supported in Workspaces. They are already on the form, take a look at Additional Comments and Work Notes for example.

Actually we are trying to create a customize journal field over Incident form at SOW view but its not behaving same Incident view likewise.
