Good day!
We've extended our INCIDENT base table to u_incident_sd1. If I create an incident on the Mobile Agent app (red arrow below), from the My Work screen, it creates a record on the INCIDENT table. What I need to do is to create it on the extended table.
Does anyone here have done this before?
Thank you!
Enrique

Hi @Enrique Tabalon,
That's hard to say without seeing your configuration. But you will either need to select the u_incident_sd1 as target table for the record, or if you need to use the incident table, fill the sys_class_name field with u_incident_sd1
Kind Regards,
Peter Bodelier

Thanks! That's my problem, I can't find where to select my custom table as my target. Filling the sys_class_name field with my custom is my last resort. I want to try to find where I can update the target table first during the incident ticket creation.
