Monthly Rotation Schedule for Demands

Is there a way to create a monthly rotation schedule of unassigned demands?

I was thinking about creating a flow design but I wasn't too sure how I would do the action.  I was also looking into the on-call schedule but I believe it was only for incidents and I need it for demands

So when a demand ticket comes in unassigned, I wanted one senior team member to be assigned to all the unassigned demand for one month and then the next month will be another senior team member that will handle the unassigned demands.

If I can just assign by months that would be great if it is even possible.

Hi,
This is possible.
You need to write a BR on demand table for the assignment of the demand.
Create a system property to update the senior member of team to which demands can be assigned.

Would I have to write a script for this? Also what would creating a system property do?
