I am finding that some of our tables (incident, enhancement request) have a column "Requested For" that we have added.
I am now trying to provide a single view of all of these record types by reporting on the parent "Tasks" table, but of course the "Requested For" field is not there.
Is there any easy way to move the column from the child table to the parent table without loosing any of the data entered in that attribute, and while also maintaining the column name so as to not break any forms, list views, or other references to the column?
