Need to change the font color to bit dark in Service Portal

Hi All,

There is one requirement came up to me to change the font color in Service Portal Home page to bit dark color as below marked in red.

Can anyone let me know how to achieve the same?

Hi,

the correct answer may depend on the exact portal you are in as, in theory, a portal configuration can be set to ignore the standard text colors. But for starters, go to /sp_config on your instance, start the Branding Editor, make sure to select the right portal, go to the 'Themes Colors' tab, and change the text colors in there.

Sure, here you go:

• Go to /sp_config on your instance:

• Start the Branding Editor by clicking on it:

• In the Branding Editor, select the right portal from the drop-down menu:

• Go to the 'Themes Colors' tab:

• Change the text colors in there by scrolling down to the 'Text' section:

Either choose a color, or type in the color hex code. You will see the new color in the sample text section of the Branding Editor on the right of this list.

Hi,

Like how I changed the Widget heading color to deep in the CSS, the same I want to change the color for the one marked in red box.

I want to change the color for the INC number and the below fields color to bit deep.

Please suggest me..
