Process Automation Designer | Problems with User Form Activity

Hello SN Community!

I've created a Playbook which triggers on the creation of a custom table and appears on Agent Workspace, but I can't figure out why one of the activities isn't working as expected. As can be seen below, I added the table, the comma separated field names, and for it to apply to the record worked on itself [Data pill: (Trigger>AMS Delivery)].

Properties for activity (Process Automation Designer):

The result (Playbook on Agent Workspace):

 It's empty!

I've tried all I can. I would really appreciate help!

You need to fill out the form view field with a valid form view. The form should show after that. This is a limitation right now as it doesn't use the default form view. This is something that we are looking to fix in the future.

Hello Snow community,

Currently I am having the same issue in the SIR workspace application module. I am not able to fill the SIR form field in the Playbook itself using the Activity- 'User from' and is coming as read-only. I was wondering if this issue has been resolved. There is another activity called - 'record form' which resembles to 'User form' but currently I cannot find it inside the Activity definition list. Can someone help me understand how to resolve this issue?
