Hello @Madhusagar Pal1
Greetings!
Hi, for normal users it is not possible OOB. However, as an admin you can take the requirements of fields to be present in the list from users and using 'List Layout' make them available to the end users on their view.
please mark the answer as helpful and correct based on Impact!!
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.

Hi @Madhusagar Pal1 ,
1. Go to list view.
2. on any column click on three dots and click on configure list layout.
3. select record from field is dot walked then between two boxes click on first symbol you can see all field from that table select which you want.
Note:- This fields will be visible to all the users.
