I have linked a Change Request record to my Change Request Related List under my Release Record.
However, when I go to my Change Request record, the Release record# is not showing up on the Release Related List.

Hi @tindiz
Seems OOTB there is no M2M relationship between Change and Release.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

On this Release record, I raised a new Change Request under the Change Request related list -
As shown below, the Change Request# is showing -
But whenever I go to that Change Request record and scroll all the way down to the Release Related List, I do not see the Release record# where I raised the Change Request from -
