Remove HTML tags

Hi...

 

When I post a comment on a KB article through portal, I am getting html tags in "comments" field (string) of feedback table and "description" field (html) of feedback task table. 

 

Kindly provide any solution.

It is by design and OOTB and  i doubt it can be removed. There is no option i found on table as well.

Gone through some community pages, it seems it's a servicenow defect. 

 

KB Feedback Task description shows HTML tags - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)

 

kindly provide any solution.
