Report Lost or Stolen Devices form in SNow

As an asset manager I'm looking to analyze data surrounding the assets that have been reported lost/stolen. Once we approve the Report Lost or Stolen Devices form in SNow the asset is updated to a "Missing" state. Although, the date that this form was submitted/approved on does not seem to be data that we can report on in SNow. How do i get form submitted date in Service now?
