Hi @Nabil EL FILALI

You can use ACL but there is no direct way to make data read only which get opened in report. Either the whole data will be read only or you can make only required fields read only.

Hi @Nabil EL FILALI

ACL

ACLs or Access Control Lists are the process by which ServiceNow provides granular security for its data and can be applied to individual records, as well as fields within those records.

Hi @Nabil EL FILALI ,

As I see it you have two options.

  1. If you have created your list view through the report designer, then you need an ACL to ensure that items can't be edited.
  2. If you crate the list view through analytics workspace, then you can turn on the "hide links". By doing this, it is not possible to open the incidents directly from the workspace.
