Resolve button change in Service Operation workspace for incident form

Hi All,

Hope you all doing good.

In Service Operation Workspace for the incident form, When the resolve button is clicked then it shows a popup but the wording in the popup and the button name is in lower case, need some help in changing that.

Hi there,

Try navigating to the Action Payload Definition for this pop-up and verify that "title" and "saveLabel" are set to "Resolve" not "resolve" as below:

Thanks for the reply.

I have check the script in the link you have provided but its the similar to the screen shot you have shared, 'R' is capital there but in the service operations workspace it is still showing as 'resolve'.
