ServiceNow with Oracle Database

Hi All,

 

i have a requirement where all the oracle database administrators requests like DB restart, DB creation etc should be automated through ServiceNow workflow.

 

if anyone comes across or worked on such a requirement where you can give some pointers to start with will be much appreciated.
