I have figured out why it still shows the error even if all the configurations exist and are active. OOB problem module configurations use the problem state field, which has also been used in the filter conditions in the Problem Overview container.

If you have any customizations around this field (like creating a new choices which are not OOB or created a new state field) then it will show the empty in the condition field as shown in the screenshot then it will not and show an error message.

Please update the state field to reflect the actual state values in your instance then it will start load the overview page without any issues.

We did the same and it worked for us.

Thank you.

Brahma

Hi Pooja,

Could you let me know if you have a solution to fix the issue? we have the same problem in our client instance.

Thank you!

Hi @PubbagiriB ,

Type service operation workspace in left nav and open configuration.

Under problem management, click on configure under overview containers,

Check the configurations whether the containers are active and contains sections to them.

Thanks,

Pradeep

Thank you for the quick response , Pradeep. I can see that all of them are active, and the Prb overview viewport and its related components are active in our instance.

Hi @PubbagiriB ,

As it is the OOB feature, If your plugins are updated, log a case with ServiceNow and check. Usually we follow the mentioned above steps do configurations for overview components.

Thanks,

Pradeep
