Hey everyone,
I noticed in the service portal that the service catalog doesn't seem to support sub categories. All the subcategories in the catalog are in the sidebar with the main categories. Is there a way to change that? Or would I have to write something custom?

Yes... that is how it works in the Service Portal haha... I've already raised it as an issue with the team. The same problem exists in knowledge base. I'm working on a new set of widgets for Service Portal that addresses these issues along with several others. If you're interested shoot me an email I can show you some of what we've done.

Can you show a widget configuration done on Category and subcategory in the service portal catalog?

I am looking for category and sub-category hierarchy for knowledge article view on service portal. Could anyone please help me with any suggestions, code or already if there is any widget.
