Survey Trigger Condition not working as Configured

Hi Community,

We have a survey trigger condition that is configured as below

SO whenever an incident is closed and all the above conditions are met the survey should trigger, the catch here is, it should exclude the incidents that are assigned to ABC and XYZ groups but the survey is triggering when the incident assigned to those 2 groups and closed as well. any help on this will be appreciated.

I have added assignment group with 'or' condition in trigger condition but it seems that the or condition is not working.
Can you help me out ?
