[Interaction Assigned to Notification]
If I change 'Assigned to' and change it immediately, the same Notification is sent twice to the last person to change.
Why are notifications sent like this?

Check "who will receive" in your notification and uncheck "send to event creator" and try

Recipient is 'Assigned to'.
Is it related to being sent to the same person twice as 'send to event creator'?

Hi @BoHyun Jung ,
In ServiceNow when it comes to Notification it takes some time to process, when I say process as in creation n then sending.
SO what is happening is when the initial notification got created for the 1st assignee at that time as the assigned to got changed very quickly it took the current assigned to value which was "U" in this case instead of the older assigned to value. Hence even though the notification got triggered for the 1st assigned to person due to quick change in assigned to value it went to the modified value. Hence 2 mails on your name.
Hope this make sense. I presume this is not happening when assigned to is changed may be after a minute or so, because by that time notification is already created n dispatched.
You can verify this behavior by checking in the email logs & observing when a notification is suppose to trigger it usually takes some time(few seconds) to come in the logs.
Thanks,
Danish
