Good day! Would anyone be willing to help me figure out some time sheet/time card reports in ServiceNow? I do not understand the difference between creating reports using the Time Sheet table or the Time Card table? Time Sheets and Time Cards should both match right?
I need to figure out how to do these reports:
1. Total Project Hours across all projects
2. Total Project Hours per Month
Any help you can be! Thank you, kindly and enjoy!

Manmohan! You are such a blessing to me! Thank you so much for your help!
What is the difference between using the time sheet table or the time card table to create reports for hours worked by users?
Do you know how to create these 2 reports?
- Invoicing – how many hours did this user work on all Projects from January to March?
- How many billing hours for this project?
- A report on allocated resources per project?
Thank you! I am thankful for your help.

Hi Manmohan, This is helpful, but i need two more splits, 1) Project wise, Currently upu are only considering that resources are working on one project only, what if i want to have a project specific view, Time card doesn't have the account name field 2) Ticket wise hours : say if multiple users worked on same ticket then how do we showcase that , mine main issue is project wise cut wherein i can filter by account and showcase the hours worked
