Unable to click or open the Popular Artiles in Now mobile

I have created a item to show popular articles in now mobile, it is listing the articles which was viewcount more than 1, but I when I click on it, nothing happens and it doesnt open the knowledge article screen,

Can you please review permissions: Confirm that the users accessing the Now Mobile app have the necessary permissions to view knowledge articles. Check both the app-level permissions and the individual knowledge article permissions to ensure there are no restrictions preventing users from accessing the articles.
