I have configured Power Automate to query the Service Now Incidents table by using the ServiceNow connector on Power Automate and I couldn't retrieve the entries related with work_notes, comments, additional_comments.
I can retrieve el parameters/fields for every Incident record except the abovementioned ones. I could in the past, but I don't know why it is not working now. I was told that they are journal entries but as far as I know, depending on the type of journal field they can be retrieved or not. Could someone help me to get this information by using ServiceNow connector on Power Automate?
