Virtual Agent - Edit Topic Flow Not working

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create a Topic for Virtual agent. But when i click on "Edit Topic Flow" button. It is showing some script instead of showing Flow designer page.

Can anyone help me. What's wrong here?

Hi there,

Can you check if "Accessibility" is enabled?

Solution Proposed:
Please follow below steps to fix this issue:

Go to Personal setting gear option in right hand side on the top right of header, near Logout button
Set Accessibility enabled on
Run cache.do
Set Accessibility enabled off

After following above steps Go to Edit Topic Flow, It will open in Graphical UI.
