When i am creating a new change record from CSM/FSM configurable workspace it is showing error

Hi,

 

When i am creating a new change record from CSM/FSM configurable workspace it is showing 'page not found'.

I want to able to create change record.

How to resolve? can you please help on this. It will be useful.

Do you have required access , I tried at my side and it is working fine

Do you have ITIL and CSM agent role?

I have added ITIL role to me and I dont have CSM agent role to assign to me.

As a System admin and also ITIL user also i am not able to create change record its showing "page not found".

 

Can you please tell me what you have roles in your account?
