Hi,

When i am creating a new change record from CSM/FSM configurable workspace it is showing 'page not found'.

I want to able to create change record.

How to resolve? can you please help on this. It will be useful.

Yes, I have tried that those 6 points and not resolve and also I didnt find where to check that workareound that KB article KB1215305.
