Hi,
When i am creating a new change record from CSM/FSM configurable workspace it is showing 'page not found'.
I want to able to create change record.
How to resolve? can you please help on this. It will be useful.

You can login in support portal and access
But i think , if it is PDI then better to reset or if it official instance, log a Now support case is only solution.
