when i try to submit a record in table "sys_update_set_source" I do get the error "com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Unexpected character '"' (code 34) in DOCTYPE declaration; expected a space between public and system identifiers at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,50]". Can someone help me with this please.

I was trying from to connect from one PDI to another. 

It turns out the target PDI was hibernatng. 

 

Once target PDI was accessible, update source connection was successful
