which role is required to get access to Watch list by stakeholders

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

 

No particular role is required for users to access watch List, if user has access to instance they can navigate to Module "Watched Incident" and can access the incident where user is added in watchlist, also check OOB read ACL on incidents is having the watch list added in it. please refer the below screen shot,
