why ai search in record producer is unable to give results for two letter words like pc, kb

you need to perform 2 steps.

1. Create a variable of type custom and select widget Contextual Search - Inline Results under type specifications - This you already did as per your screenshot
2. Create a new entry in Contextual Search > Record Producer Configuration and you can define which field in your record producer should return the contextual search results.

I'm getting results for all other words which contains more than 2 letters but not for 2 letters

I've done all the configurations and I'm getting results for all the words but the problem I'm unable to get results for the words which have two letters like pc, kb.
