Hello Experts,
One of our clients reported this issue that he is unable to see the contents of the dashboard despite having all the required access in snow.
Dashboard contains several reports and widgets
All other users are able to see the dashboard except for the user who has reported this issue.
Could anyone please help me out in this?

Hi @Ujjwala1,
Have you verified the users role? Does he/she has the right access in ServiceNow? Furthermore, is the reports shared with the user? with groups that the user is part of?

User is having all the required access, I have checked he is having all those roles which are included in dashboard permissions
still he is getting white page on the screen

Hi @Ujjwala1 ,
Have you also verified how the reports is shared? user, group, all? Also, for the PA indicators, have you verified if there has been set any access control?
Have you tried to impersonate user to actually see what the user can see/not see?

Hello,
I checked by impersonating the user, then also faced the same problem.
dashboard was appearing as blank page to me
not getting why this is happening for only single user
