Add ADO Work Item to DRP Release scope

Does anyone know how to add ADO PBIs to a Release in DRP? I've configured DRP and I've integrated with ADO. The working on the screens suggest I should be able to link the PBIs to the release, but so far I can't work out how, nor can I find any documentation that gives me any hint of how I should integrate the two at a process level.

Any pointers would be most appreciated!

Many thanks!

At the moment I'm having to create enhancements in DRP to match the PBIs in ADO and that just doesn't feel like a slick solution!

You don't have to do this manually. Check out the video using the below link on how to set up the ADO Integration.

Understand how to connect external tools to your ServiceNow instance and start importing data (using ADO as the example tool)

You should be tying your Digital Product to a specific Plan.  That's what brings the work items in.

Now, you will have to have a conversation with your ADO product managers on how their existing projects, release trains etc map to eaach of your product.

OK, that kinda makes sense. I think this is where I begin to fail. I don't know the mechanisms and things that exist in ADO and how they should interact with DRP. All I've got in ADO is a board with PBIs on it.

I've done that and it works. The issue us attaching the PBIs to the DRP release.
