Creation of Risk assessment blocked after Zurich upgrade in workspace.

Hi,

I attempted to create a new risk assessment scope(workspace). However, the process consistently gets stuck at the initial step [initiating] and does not progress further. This occurs immediately after selecting the assessment methodology [Proximus methodology] and choosing the entity.
I have tried with entities where I am the owner as well as those owned by others, but the page remains stuck as shown in the screenshot.I have verified that risk assessment scope creation works correctly in Classic UI.

Could anyone suggest solution for this.Thanks in advance.

It still is not resolved, still unable to complete risk assessment, it just refreshes the page.

Mostly it should be plugin update issue only, can you please try updating other GRC: Risk Management plugins.
