Is there an OOTB role in Change that allows a user to change the dates after approved?
We had a P2 which caused a need for a lot of changes to be pushed back. We had a Senior Manager who claimed he had the ability to push them back (still not sure if he knew what he was talking about) but now other Change Managers want that ability.
I have looked through the ServiceNow documentation and cannot seem to identify a specific role that can do that. Help with the specific role, group of roles, or documentation where to find the answer would be appreciated.
