Hello there community,
Im coming with a thought issue.
On our search widget of the employee service center, we prompt any search but we dont get results besides the ones OOTB. This is a greenfield instance with only catalog items and record producers on it.
On our AI Search app navigation we don't have the Search profiles, but i navigate through the Search Applications. I tried this troubleshooting without success. https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1762590
And on the publish Search profile got this error.
Hope for have any guidance to give a solution to this search thing.
