Best way to let users pick location from Location Hierarchy

I'm looking at improving our self-service for incident, and am in the middle of setting up a new Record Producer (screenshot included) catalog item for Incident, which will be used in our Employee Service Center.

I am wanting users to be able to easily choose their location, which ideally would be done using the 'Location Hierarchy'. (screenshot attached)

If users are not able to access the hierarchy view like they can in platform, what is the best way to easily let users choose their location by selecting which building they are in, then based on that choice, choosing what floor/room they are in. You can see from the screenshot that I started experimenting with a Location and Sub-Location variable, but it seems like there should be a better way given the location hierarchy...
