How can I add filters on the left hand side of search in the ESC page to better filter for KB articles by categories.
This is what I would like it to look like.
This is what it currently looks like.
I created a new Search Source based on the top level category and it returns records (as seen in the screenshot). But when I go to search for an article that should show up there, it returns zero results.
