Cannot see Additional Comments from System in Widget "Standard Ticket Conversation"

Hey,

 

i have a custom table which extends the "Case" table. In my portal the user (and admin user as well) cannot see additional comments which are created by the system user in the activity log. In the backend the admin user can see these addtional comments.

 

In the portal the widgets "Standard Ticket Tab" and "Standard Ticket Conversation" are used.

 

Knows somebody something about my problem?

How are you trying to view this custom table in portal (e.g., My Requests in Employee Center)?  Is the Standard Ticket Configuration setup for your custom table?
