catalog items not appearing in search within esc portal

I have created new catalog items for a new instance. However the items are not searchable within the esc portal. The items are associated with Service Catalog as they were in their old instance. I dont add them to the taxonomy as this client doesnt want to use taxonomy that way. We arent sure what is wrong here. This client was customization happy with their previous instance and broke it, SN issued a new instance and I am worried the client has copied something over that shouldnt be copied (setting)

Here are the settings already available and what is entered in them currently

hi @F3nix - please verify below details in Catalog item to make sure things are setup properly :
1. 'Catalog' field value
2. 'Visible Everywhere' check box set as true
3. 'Hide on Portal' checkbox as false
