Close notes in request summary

Hello

I would like to add "Close notes" field on this section, after the information displayed, when it has something written in it (request)

I have been through "my requests" widget, service portal configuration pages, instances, and so on, but couldn´t find out where to insert the display code line to show the field content.

I´ve searched for the "submitted" word in every form, but couldn´t find. I replicated the whole thing, by cloning the widget, and doing my own pages, but no success.

On the other side, I managed to add the information in the notification that occurs when the request is completed, but I would like that, when pressed, the button "View Request" (which leads to Employee Center or Request Summary -is the same thing-) shows the information about the close notes in the header, under the information displayed.

Can you help me please? Thanks in advance.

This information is pulled from the SC Order Status widget.  Close notes are not part of the existing widget instance options, so you would have to clone the widget to include it.  I would confirm the close notes are always "user friendly" and valuable before showing to the requestors though.

Once you have the widget updated, you will need to update the correct portal page to display that new cloned widget.  OOB, it is the Request Summary (order_status) page, but you can confirm by going to Service Catalog > My Request Filter and opening the record for sc_request table and validate the Portal page value.
