Default From Address on Email Form

We need to be able to send from a different address than the one configured in SMTP due to SPF record limitations.

Is it possible to configure this form to default a From address?

Hi @Nabil Kaali ,

Yes, this is possible in ServiceNow. Please follow below steps to configure the same.
Step1 : Create an Email Client Form Address. provide your desired email address here.

Step2: Create an Email Client Template and provide necessary details like Table Name (which table you want to associate this template) and select 'Sender Configuration' like below screenshot.

Step3: Open Default Email Client Configuration and check for Display option.

Step4: Open any Incident and verify the Default email form address is same as per your expectation.
