Delegates record not visible on Profile ESC portal

Hi All,
I have added Granular Delegation List  widget on My Profile of ESC portal (In PDI).

But I did not see any record in that. I have added the records from Related list but I didn't work.

Could you please assist further in that.

1. Install the 'Granular Delegation' plugin.

2. You need to then create a 'Delegation Rules Tables' record specifying which table to use for granular delegation.

3. Then you need to create a 'Delegation Rule' record to define the conditions for when the record can be delegated and what type of service can be delegated (e.g., approvals or assignments).

It should work after that.
