Distinguish Requests from Articles

We received some user feedback that it isn't easy to quickly discern an article from a request form. We are using different icons for this, and follow naming conventions for each to help - however are there other opportunities to solve for this worth exploring? Thank you!

Hello @Allison DeTitt1 ,
The way I look at it is: Employee Center is a place for users to get help on a certain topic, whether they end up in a request they can submit to get that help, or an article that gives them the answer they are looking for should be secondary.
But to answer your question: the way items are rendered cannot be changed, except by customizing the respective widget.
