Dynamic child topic redirecting to external link on click

Is there any way to redirect by clicking  the child topic externally in employee center portal apart from using Quick link under child topic.

Here, by clicking IT it should redirect to external page.

Hi Sath, not directly no. I ended up learning Advanced Portal Navigation and went that way. The topics themselves don't link out but under each we have a mix of links to catalog items and content items, with the content items pointing to external resources.
