Employee Center banner image not displaying on topic pages

I have configured Employee Center (not the Pro version) to display a banner image on the topic pages, but it is not displaying and I don't know why.  When I first configured it, it did display, now it doesn't.  Does anyone have an idea where to look?

Here is the taxonomy configuration:

This is what displays:

Hi @gjz ,

ou will need to add the Topic to the Widget Instance (Instance Options) for it to appear.  There are a couple of ways to access it.

One way:

  1. Navigate to the topic page from platform (emp_taxonomy_topic)
  2. Open in Page Designer
  3. On the Banner widget, click on the pencil icon to edit that widget instance
  4. Add the Topic to the Instance Options

Another way:

  1. Navigate to a topic page from EC Pro
  2. Ctrl + rightl-click on the actual widget
  3. Select "Instance Options"
  4. Add the Topic to the Instance Options

I did all the configuration still not getting images

I followed all the steps and the images are not showing up

@JamesAcevedo88 There is conflicting guidance in this thread and some of it is not correct.

Topic Header widget should be present by default on the OOTB Topic page.
This widget will dynamically render the banner image for the topic, if a banner image has been loaded on the Topic record.

While this generally works instantly, there are caching issues that can occur and quicker method to validate is to impersonate another user.

You can also log out and back in.

Simply ensure this is set in the widget options. This will load the banner as the primary media in the topic header.

OP had likely not set a banner image on the topic, or the widget had Primary Display set to Icon
