Is it possible to remove the option to 'favorite' an individual catalog item in Employee Center?

This is interesting, and issue I haven’t encountered yet. How are you assigning the Incident to the correct group (e.g., assignment rules, AWA)? Does launching from favorites for any user fail, or one particular person/location only?
