Employee Center Header Error with Xanadu Patch 4 in Developer Instance

When I implemented Xanadu Patch 4 in my developer instance, now suddenly my header and megamenu is disappearing on my Employee Center Pro pages. These are the errors I am getting, see image. How do I fix this?

We followed @-O- 's lead and updated"Employee Center" and "Employee Center Core" apps, as well as "Employee Center Pro" and "Content Publishing" - this fixed our issue.

Are the "Employee Center" and "Employee Center Core" apps upgraded to their latest version (I believe it is "35.0.2" and "35.0.6" respectively)?

My Employee Center was not on the latest version, so I updated to that and it removed the errors. However, now my taxonomy does not show at all - the mega menu has disappeared.

Last update. Steps I took to fix the issue:

1. Update Employee Center application to latest version. However, this then removed my taxonomy from my mega menu, and I found that it had turned my taxonomy from true to false.

2. Had to turn my taxonomy back to true. 

Now my mega menu is working correctly with no errors.
