Employee Center Pro Banner still in draft after publishing

I have created some Styled Content in the form of a banner on our Employee Center Pro portal. I have created a publish plan and the banner is active on our portal.

However, I now need to edit the content of the banner and I'm being prevented from doing so. When I go to Content Publishing>Content Library>View All and add the State column in, the content is still in a Draft state, despite being published.

Because it's in draft, when I go to edit the banner it's greyed out all the fields and I get the attached banner.

Can anyone help?

I'm currently on the Vancouver release.

Could you please share filter in list view?

Looks like content versioning was turned off after using it for a while. Clicking on the content specified in the info message should take you to the right content. (latest published content).

If this is not working, try the filter below and check if you are pointed to correct published version.
