Hello, Community. A custom application was created where users can submit new requests via self-service catalog items. After submission, this record has to be displayed on the portal. There is a lot of information in the documentation and YouTube. Who can tell me how to choose the information needed to reach this requirement?

Hi Nataliia,

 

For the custom task table to appear in My Requests, you need to configure it from Service Catalog > My Request Filter. You will pick the table name, condition (e.g., opened for is dynamic me), portal page to open (e.g., ticket).

Then you configure Standard Ticket Configuration to tell what actually appears on that record (e.g., short description, due date).
